A: To send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to a company that interest you is very simple and cost almost nothing. Gather together two first class 37-cent stamps, two plain white envelopes, one sheet of paper and a pen. On the sheet of paper simply request more information about the company’s program you are interested in. Make sure to include your full name, mailing address, zip code and phone number with area code. Place your letter in one of the two envelopes. Take the envelope that your letter is placed in and address it to the company you are writing to. You now have an envelope addressed to the company along with your letter in the envelope. Take the second envelope and write your mailing address on the envelope in the area that states where the envelope is going, also write your mailing address in the return address area. When you are done your mailing address should appear in both areas of the envelope. Place a stamp on both envelopes. Place the second envelope in the first envelope where your letter is. Seal the envelope that contains all the materials. What should happen when the company receives your envelope is they will open it, read your letter then send you more information on their program in the envelope you provided. The envelope you provided is already addressed to you and stamped.
